S.T. Cheng & Co., Solicitors was established by Mr. Cheng Shui Tai in October 2001. We are now a firm of six solicitors with two partners.

Our international clients come from US, Canada, Japan, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Korea, Philippines, Russia, Israel, Maldives, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Our principal service areas include commercial and company law, civil and criminal litigation, regulatory and compliance, conveyancing, landlord and tenant, building management, wills probate and administration, family, company secretarial service, and intellectual property (both non-contentious and contentious).
