Chelsea graduated with honors on the Dean′s List in her Juris Doctor degree and obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws both from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
In 2023, Chelsea joined S.T. Cheng & Co. as an assistant solicitor. Her major practice areas include family law, civil litigation, commercial disputes, employment disputes, wills and probate, and conveyancing.
